Certified Family Law Specialist

Family law has been my passion from the very start of my legal career. I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of divorce, custody disputes, and other family law related legal matters with both skill and compassion. I know that these matters are not just legal battles—they’re deeply personal, often emotional, and life-changing. That’s why I strive to provide not only strong legal advocacy but also the empathetic touch and support my clients need during such challenging times.

With years of experience as a family law litigator, I understand the nuances and potential roadblocks that can arise in any case. I work closely with my clients to weigh the pros and cons of different legal strategies—whether that means negotiating a favorable settlement, steering a case toward private mediation, or taking a case to court when necessary. My practice covers all aspects of family law, including drafting and negotiating premarital agreements, divorce and post-divorce related issues, child custody and visitation, complex property division, spousal and child support, domestic violence restraining orders, and serving as consulting counsel for clients navigating their divorce through private mediation. No matter the challenge, I approach each case with a clear, tailored strategy designed to protect my client’s best interests.

As a Certified Family Law Specialist with the State Bar of California, I bring a high level of expertise to every case I handle. I’m a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists and the Family Law Sections of the Alameda County, Contra Costa County, San Francisco County, and California Bar Associations. I’m a member of the Alameda County Family Law Association, as well as a Family Law Executive Committee Member with the Alameda County Bar Association.

Outside the office, you’ll often find me cheering on my favorite Bay Area sports teams, exploring local trails with my husband and our dog, Kiko, or experimenting in the kitchen—usually with a glass of wine in hand. Most importantly, I love spending quality time with my family, who remind me every day why I’m so passionate about the work I do.
